Return Policy

Please use the form attached for returning items. The returns process can take 10-15 working days after we receive your parcel.

How to Return an Item

Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of purchase.

  • Place your unused, labelled item back in its original packaging.
  • Fill in a Returns Form and include it with the item in a parcel.

We will contact you if there are any issues or once your return has been processed. If you used a discount code at the time of purchase, we will only refund the discounted amount. Items purchased on sale are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Return Exceptions & Special Items

  • Standard Items: Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Custom & Teamwear: Custom items (Teamwear, Club Shop, or personalised items) cannot be returned as they are made-to-order.
  • Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on swimwear products if the hygiene seal has been removed.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like-new condition, you may exchange it for a different size or colour. We cannot guarantee all items or sizes will be in stock for exchanges, but we will do our best to help.

Cancellations & Restocking

  • You have the right to cancel any standard order placed on this website within 48 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may already be in process.
  • Once a Teamwear order is placed and in process, it can no longer be canceled without incurring a 30% restocking charge.

Refunds

  • Refunds are typically completed within 14 days of receiving your return. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take extra time to process the payment after it’s issued.
  • Refunds will only be made to the original payment method within 30 days.
  • If goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return using our nominated carrier. Otherwise, the cost of returning goods rests with you.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Orders

If you have received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please follow the return instructions above and contact our customer service team at info@modishbay.com. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis.
